Terms of Service
All customers must adhere to a basic code of conduct. This applies to trades and when the work in question is free.1.) The Customer must be of legal age to view, request or purchase all works without exception.2.) The Customer must behave without intent to harm. This includes passive-aggression and self depreciation. Critique is only welcome with the consent of the relevant party/s.3.) The Customer understands all creations are works of fiction solely by and for adults able to consent to viewing them and may contain material they find offensive, disturbing, or repulsive.4.) Personal taste is not up for debate. Fantasy is not harm. Shaming, purity policing, or gatekeeping is not and will never be welcome in streams.5.) If the work is free or the artist is given artistic freedom the piece cannot be critiqued in the same manner as a paid piece.6.) "Jokes" about controversial, political, or sensitive topics will incur two immediate strikes. This includes any joke about non-consent.7.) Failure to read the rules will not be grounds for leniency or an exemption from punishment.
Content Restrictions
The Artist reserves the right to deny any commission request on a case by case basis.The Artist will not under any circumstances depict in any way shape or form works of any character under 18, not an adult for their species, or unable to consent engaged in an adult situation. This includes violent and non-sexual adult situations.Bigotry and materials founded in this concept will not ever be considered as subjects.Works made to cause distress or revulsion not founded on a personal desire for said content will be rejected outright, regardless of subject or material.Phobic content of any nature will not be depicted, nor will insinuations of any of the above, no matter how obtuse or veiled.
Usage Rights
When The Customer receives an art piece it is theirs to modify, color, recolor, crop, post and/or distribute anywhere and any way they please as long as the original source is posted, mentioned or linked.Watermarks and signatures may not be removed or obscured. Gifts, trades, and commissions all carry the same legal and personal properties to provide the recipient with full rights to the work and its use.Free work cannot be used for commercial purposes or copyrighted. Trades are considered barter and receive the same rights as exchanges of legal tinder.Gifts are not transferable unless otherwise mentioned, and are for direct artist to end user interactions only.
Artist Faults and Corrections
If The Artist is at fault for an error in their artwork, please contact them as soon as possible for corrections. These artist error faults are free to fix and encouraged throughout the process of their work. Complaints about artist errors after completion must be filed within 1-3 business days or be considered void.The creative process includes consistent check-ins for art direction made for correction and refinement that are exempt from this rule. The artist will request these directly from the relevant party.The artist cannot reasonably provide secure moderation or conflict resolution at all hours. Any and all interpersonal issues must be resolved outside of the sphere of work prior to payment, this includes but is not limited to crises of mental health, relationships, or emergencies of any nature. Please go to the right places or people for assistance.Refunds are possible only in the case of an eclipsed deadline on the finished piece and will be offered freely by the artist.Violations of TOS that incur a ban by an active customer also forfeit any and all possibilities of any kind of refund.
